Please note: if you are reformatting files before printing, or using an online service to print the books from a download, please ensure that  underlining and bold copies into your new format, or certain parts of the books will be hard to follow. A line has been added to the title pages to facilitate checking this.

If you are downloading books to an e-reader, then the file conversion tool (and library program) Calibre is freely available to convert to alternative formats. Again, please do not output to a .txt file as necessary formatting may be lost.
